Activities
Lots of Church activities go on throughout the week, read more about them below.
- The Sunday Celebration
We meet at the Free Church every Sunday except for when it's a Sunday Supplement. The service starts at 10:45am. There is worship, fellowship and bible study. Everyone is welcome. Alongside the main meeting is the "Go4It+ Sunday" group for children from 10:30-12:15. - Sunday Evening Prayer Meeting
A time of prayer, praise and bible discussion every Sunday evening at the Church, 7pm. - Joint Meeting With Parish Churches
In months containing a 5th Sunday there is a joint evening meeting with the parish churches. - Sunday Supplement
Usually every first Sunday of the month, this event is held at the village hall at 10:45am. An informal meeting usually with a guest speaker talking about their specialist field. The meeting is designed to have a "non-Churchy" feel and this attracts a wider range of people than the regular Church service. Church members are encouraged to bring friends and neighbours. - Youth Club
Held on the 2nd and 4th Friday evenings of the month during term time at the Free Church, the youth can come along and play games such as pool and table tennis, they can listen to music, play computer games and socialise. Only open to members of secondary school age. Contact us to ask about becoming a member. - House Groups
House groups are held on Tuesday nights at the houses of members of the congregation. These small groups have times of prayer, bible study and fellowship. If you would like to join a house group contact the oversight team. - GO4IT Again
Go4It happens on the first Saturday morning of each month in term time. Aimed at children aged 5-11, a session of games, crafts and stories.
