Our prayer meeting will be at 7pm

Thursday- There will be House Group at 7.30pm.

Sunday- Next Sunday Liz Ford will be preaching and Mary will lead the worship

July 11th- Church away day at Penhurst Place. We will be joined by Charles Earwicker who will be speaking on John 15, focusing around verse 16 ‘You did not choose me, but I chose you…’
We often want to focus on which way God wants us to go, but are we ready for whatever He wants us to do and when to do it? This will be a challenging and thought provoking day.
If you’re planning to come, please can you let me know.

July 18th Penhurst Retreat Centre- Open Day 10.30am-4pm. A free open day for tours of the house and garden; buy a drink, homemade cake or cream tea to enjoy in the grounds. Browse art and photography displays and visit the gift shop.

Church BBQ at Mary’s- Saturday 15th August. The fun starts at 3pm with afternoon tea followed by a BBQ around 5/5.30pm.

Dear Friends,

This week we will meet at the village hall for our Community Breakfast. This is a special Community Breakfast where we will be raising funds for Macmillan Cancer with a cake sale. Please come and join us for a morning of crafts, a quiz and a tasty continental breakfast and plenty of cake to purchase! 

7pm at Friend’s Meeting House we will meet with our other churches in Herstmonceux for prayer.

Friday 12^th June– The funeral of Richard Steven is to be held at 2pm at All Saint’s Church Herstmonceux and afterwards at Herstmonceux Castle. All are welcome. Please contact Rev Deborah Scott Bromley or Gill if you hope to attend Herstmonceux Castle.

Ashburnham Ladies’ Days of Praise & Prayer 2026

A relaxed day of praise, prayer and practising the presence of God, based at Ashburnham Place, led by Marigold and the team. A wonderful opportunity to meet with God and receive from Him. Make new friends, enjoy warm fellowship and recharge your batteries! Come along for coffee or tea at 10am and bring your own picnic lunch (drinks are provided) or purchase lunch at the Orangery.
